Alcoholism is real. And it kills.
And sometimes there is nothing we can do.
His all time favorite movie was "The Jungle Book."
For years he had a Cheez-It loving cockatiel named Buddy
that he found nuzzling his ankle while sitting in the stands
at the county fair horse races.
He lived with four cats in a one bedroom condo.
He was in absolute awe last year when he saw me mix Miracle
Whip and Heinz Chili Sauce and make Thousand Island dressing.
He wanted to be a veterinary assistant.
He dreamed of creating an animal sanctuary.
He had a genius level IQ.
He was 35 years old.
When was the last time you said, "I love you?"
