Mmm....ribs
Okay, I'm really not the biggest fan of ribs. It's always seemed to me that when it comes to ribs and chicken wings, it's too much work to get a small amount of meat of the bone. Hardly worth the effort. I don't really like bones at all. Sometimes I'll make it ribs or chicken drumsticks for the rest of the family. But for me, I'd much rather have a boneless skinless chicken breast. I guess I'm lazy in that respect.
But when I do have ribs, I most prefer to get them from Market Day. They do come frozen, but are really good quality. Put them on the grill or oven 'til they're almost done and slather on a little sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's and Hoosier Daddy are favorites here) and cook a wee bit longer. They sure look good once they're done, don't they?
