Penguin Appetizers
I posted last month on this spectacular dinner party thrown by my friend Patty before Christmas. While everything she prepared was beyond wonderful, these little appetizers were by far the cutest thing on the menu. They'd make an adorable treat for any Winter get-together.
So, if you'd like to try them out on your own, here's how you do it. Two black olives, one stuffed with bleu cheese. Shape feet and beak out of carrots. Stack two olive on top of the feet (with the stuffed olive on the bottom) and secure with a toothpick, pipe in cream cheese for a scarf and hat and place another tiny carrot pice for the beak. Cutest. Appetizer. Ever. Don't you agree?
