F is for Friendship
My mom isn't the only person that taught me essential skills and philosophies as a child. My dad played a major role in shaping me into who I am today. Throughout my childhood, my father always had his stand-by sayings or words of wisdom. For example, when complaining that something wasn't fair, he would respond, "life isn't fair". He really gave me some sage words of advice in regards to friendship. I hope you find it as valuable, practical, and entertaining as I do:
You can pick your friend, and you can pick your nose. But you can't pick your friend's nose.
