I'll be travelling for part of the week, so this meal plan is slightly abbreviated. The good news: this week will feature 2 guest spots with recipes volunteered by two members of my family. On Tuesday, I will feature a delicious Baked Potato Soup from my cousin's wife, Katie. Looking for a fancy Sunday dinner of Beef Wellington? We'll also be dropping by my baby sister, Angie's kitchen.
