1 tablespoon Montreal Steak spice or seasoned pepper
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger (adjust to your taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix all marinade ingredients and pour into a ziplock bag.
Add pork chops and seal bag, squeezing out as much air as possible
Let pork marinate for at least 4 hours. Flip bag over once or twice during the marinating time.
Preheat BBQ.
Place pork on grill. (My husband does the BBQ-ing so this is how he cooks them.)
Grill chops for about 15 minutes total time. Flip chops and baste several times as they grill. The meat will firm up as it cooks. When you think they are almost done, slice into the centre of the thickest one to make sure it's cooked through.
