Drier's Meat Market: A look at a foodie landmark
I just put up a posting with a pic of some of the ham and mustard that I like to get from Drier's Meat Market in Three Oaks, Michigan. Then I came across these pictures from the Flag Day Festival and figured I'd post some pictures of the place and not just the food. It's this lovely historic landmark that is a traditional butcher shop dating back to the 1870's. Here's a shot of the outside. This was just before the Flag Day Parade in June, which is such a fun event. I'd recommend it for anyone who likes parades and that small town camaraderie. It's a fun time!
